Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) involves researching, designing, developing, and testing electronic equipment used in various systems.
Electronic engineering (also called electronics and communications engineering) is an electrical engineering discipline which utilizes nonlinear and active electrical components (such as semiconductor devices, especially transistors and diodes) to design electronic circuits, devices, integrated circuits and their systems. The discipline typically also designs passive electrical components, usually based on printed circuit boards.
The basic eligibility criteria for BTech Civil Engineering is class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. However, there are additional criteria in every entrance exam and institute. Some of the institutes also conduct admission to their courses on merit basis i.e. based on marks scored by candidates in their class 12 board exams.
